Wine Cheese Wine Fish Guinness

Simon and I chewed the fat over more-than-several pints of Guinness at the EDT on Monday afternoon/evening. Then, after a wee glass of Redbreast back here, we headed off to Paprika in Camberwell for a pretty decent curry, before ending the night over at the Dogstar in Brixton.

We both felt that a fairly gentle start was in order this morning, so we strolled round to the Blue Mountain Cafe for some scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, which went down a treat. The afternoon was spent tinkering on the computer, with a little cheese and wine thrown in because we deserve it. Left for Putney at about 5.30, and spent the evening with Hadyn, Chris, Joe and Pickup, first in a very good fish restaurant by the Thames called Ghillies, then in the cosy and eccentric pub nearby called The Cat’s Back.
