Fighting kangaroos and dangerous salmon
Atlas Comics has put together a collection of The 12 Dumbest Covers of American Comic Books. Well, ignoring Reform School Girl (which is just how I remember my 6th form common room), I think my favourites are:
- Chaplains at War (not actually anything to do with Tony Blair)
- Geronimo and his Apache Murderers (political correctness? Who needs it — just look at them, they’re clearly savages)
- Pinhead Foodini (”The famous television characters”? I am genuinely intrigued!)
- and The Rifleman (my god, the captions you could come up with for that picture…).
