I have a confession to make: I am temporarily un-badger. After we’d had several glasses of wine, Emma persuaded Rob and me to dye our hair dark brown. “Well, see how it looks… it’ll only last a few washes anyway…”. Three weeks later, my hair and matching eyebrows are still jet black.

Woo-hoo! The water here’s finally back to normal! For five days people around here have had no water thanks to a water main bursting, and Thames Water having trouble fixing it.

Only time will tell if this is a very, very good thing, or a very, very bad thing, but either way I’m really excited: The Pixies are set to reform. I saw them live in ‘89, and they were awesome.
